According to Variety, the Schindler’s List star is in talks to play John Hannibal Smith in the role made famous by the late George Peppard.
The Hangover star Bradley Cooper has been suggested as Templeton Faceman Peck, while rapper Common and Woody Harrelson have been linked to the BA Baracus and Howling Mad Murdock.

Gladiator director Sir Ridley Scott and his brother Tony are onboard to produce the TV adaptation about four soldiers on the run after being wrongly convicted of an armed raid.

Production is due to begin on the film in August for a June 2010 release.
