Tweet the London Film Festival for Vue

We’re very excited – the movies are coming to London big style with the start of the 54th London BFI London Film Festival kicking off on 13th October. If you’re also looking forward to this explosion of all things cinema, you might want to become an official Tweeter for Vue Cinemas.

Vue Cinemas London Film Festival Twitter competition

Up for grabs are festival press passes, travel and hotel accommodation in London for three lucky winners, as well as the prestigious honour of tweeting the festival highlights for Vue.

Films to look out for include:

  • Black Swan, Daren Aronofsky’s spooky ballet-themed thriller starring Natalie Portman, which we’re already intrigued by.
  • Danny Boyle’s new film 127 Hours about that bloke who got his arm trapped under a rock and had to chop it off in order to survive.
  • Never Let Me Go adapted by Alex ‘The Beach’ Garland from Kazuo Ishiguro’s dystopian novel, starring Keira Knightley and Carey Mulligan.

To be in with a chance, all you have to do is visit www.myvue.com/londonfilmfestival and say in less than 400 words why you should be an official Twitter reviewer for Vue at the London Film Festival and then write a review of the last film you’ve seen in a very tweetable 140 characters.

This is all to celebrate Vue’s flagship West End cinema on Leicester Square being home for many festival galas and ‘Film on the Square’ events for the second year running.

Get on it.
